Instructional Programs

St. John the Evangelist School accommodates a full-day Kindergarten through 8th grades.  The grades are grouped into three categories:

·         PRIMARY:  Kindergarten, 1st, 2nd, and 3rd

·         INTERMEDIATE:  4th and 5th

·         MIDDLE SCHOOL:  6th, 7th, and 8th

All grades consist of a basic program including the following courses:

• Spelling

• Religion
• Math
• Science
• Social Studies
• Health
• Computer Education
• Music
• Physical Education
• Art

All full-time faculty members are fully certified by the State of Illinois
