Re:  F.Y.I./News/Reminders

1.      After 22 years at St. John The Evangelist School, Mrs. Vanderberg will not be returning next year.  She is RETIRING from teaching……..occasionally she will be substitute teaching when she is not traveling or out of the country.  THANK YOU Mrs. Vanderberg for all you have done for us.  We will miss you! 

2.     A note is going home today about our Farewell Gift for Fr. Benedykt.  Be sure to read.

3.     Dennis Uniform will be on campus May 6, 2011 in Kyle Hall, from 1-4 p.m. for all your uniform sizing and ordering.

4.     MAP testing is May 2 through May 12.  Be sure your child(ren) get plenty of rest and have breakfast.

5.     April 28^th is PIZZA LUNCH day.  If you did not order be sure to bring your own lunch.

6.     PTC Benefit Night is April 28^th at Wendy’s on Route 59.  Stop by for a burger, fries and maybe a Frosty!

7.     Continue to turn in your permission forms and pledges for our Walk-a-thon.  

8.     Teachers K-8 are beginning the Family Life Program/Child Lures next week.  We are in need of 2 volunteers for 1 class period, medical knowledge is helpful but not necessary.  We need 1 man for 5th-6th grade boys and 1 woman for 5th-6th grade girls.  Date to be determined.  Please call office if you can volunteer.

9.     Save the date for our special Mass at 8:45 a.m. on Thursday, May 5, 2011 K-8  May Crowning and the Blessing of 8^th grade ribbons.  All are invited.

10  A heartfelt thank you comes from your secretary, Mrs. Retz for all the lovely Surprises she received on Secretary Day. Thank you so much for your generous gifts.
