ABOUT THE TEACHER

I have been at St. John the Evangelist School since 1998.  I graduated from Northern Illinois University with a Bachelor of Science degree in education.  I have also taught Kindergarten and second grade in my career.  Third grade is my favorite grade because I teach new skills like multiplication, cursive, and "baby chicks".

My husband and I live in Barrington.  We have three children.  My two daughters are teachers and my son is a surgical resident.  We have three grandchildren.

In my free time I enjoy reading a good mystery, playing Sudoku, and watching my grandchildren grow.
